Automatic Lubricator
The machine is equipped with an automatic lubricator for delivering oil to vital machine parts such as the caterpillar chain slide ways.
This ensures smooth running of the chain at all times, while making machine maintenance a simpler process.

Heavy Duty Helical Cutterhead (Optional)
This cutterhead is specially designed with a particular cutting angle, providing low cutting resistance, low noise and high productivity, even for low horsepower machine.

Hand Chrome Plated Table
The table surface is hard chrome plated for maximum wear resistance and upgrading workpiece feeding effect.

Digital Position Controller
Thickness of cut can be set by the digital position controller thereby providing high accuracy thickness control.

Frequency Inverter
Upon request, the feed speed can be controlled by a frequency inverter (5-18m/min).
It provides variable speed changes for cutting various hard and soft wood materials.

Convenient knife setting
The bottom cutterhead can be quickly pulled out from the side for easy and efficient knife setting.

• Y-delta motor starting.
• The infeed pressure device features overlap layout (optional), without clearance, ensuring uniform feeding pressure. Also allows for feeding narrow workpieces.
• The two feeding systems have overload protection devices to avoid machine damage.
• The cutterheads run on SKF bearings for dependable running performance and long bearing life.
• Automatic lubricator for vital machine parts such as conveyor and chain.
• Professional oil should be used on chain parts.
